Missed Appointments = Missed Revenue
Through our relationships with other healthcare providers, we have learned that a significant percentage of appointments are simply missed by patients. In the high-performing clinics and hospitals, this number can be as low as 10%, but for most providers it is closer to 20% or more. These missed billable segments amount to a massive amount of missed revenue.
