Missed Appointments = Missed Revenue


Through our relationships with other healthcare providers, we have learned that a significant percentage of appointments are simply missed by patients. In the high-performing clinics and hospitals, this number can be as low as 10%, but for most providers it is closer to 20% or more. These missed billable segments amount to a massive amount of missed revenue. For example, at a small city clinic that services 1,000 patients per day and has a conservative miss rate of 10%, the lost revenue can be nearly $8 million!

As you can see here, the numbers over time become quite staggering and it's easy to see that a solution that allows for recapturing revenue can be an extremely attractive and lucrative resolution.
